The P200 battering machine needs to use a slurry pump to transport the slurry from the slurry tank to the battering system, which then forms a waterfall-like battering. Before the equipment is working, inject the prepared slurry into the slurry tank (there is a slurry filter cover in the slurry tank, and the depth of the slurry must not be without the filter cover), start the conveying mesh belt, start the slurry pump, adjust the flow of the slurry inlet valve, so that the slurry spraying system forms a uniform waterfall, covering the entire width of the mesh belt, and then put the product in for sizing. During the sizing process, according to the sizing situation, the conveying speed of the mesh belt and the position of the wind knife are appropriately adjusted to allow the products to be neatly arranged and fully coated with slurry. The size of the air volume can be controlled by adjusting the air volume regulating valve on the air duct to avoid too much slurry entering the next process and causing waste.
