Product Introduction
The P400 multi-row nutrition bar extruder is specifically designed to meet the high productivity requirements of customers producing soft or hard energy bar foods. Our upgraded P400 multi-channel nutrition bar production machine has a productivity range of 150-360 bars per minute.
All the machine's metal components, including the extrusion screws, are made of durable and high-quality 304 stainless steel material. The energy bar extruder is controlled by a PLC program and a user-friendly touch screen interface, ensuring efficient and stable operation. The touch screen allows for easy adjustment of settings, including speed control and memory settings for each production section.
The P400 multi-row protein bar making machine is designed to accommodate various bar shapes, such as rod, circular, disc, bite, pyramid, and more. It can produce a wide range of products, including protein bars, date bars, fruit bars, energy bars, power bars, nutrition bars, coconut bars, biscuits, and more, regardless of whether they are made from a hard or soft mixture or dough.
The P400 protein bar extruder can be used independently or in combination with other food processing equipment. It can be combined with a cooling tunnel for products that require cooling, a chocolate cooling tunnel for chocolate-coated applications, an automatic packing machine for streamlined packaging, an oven for integration into other food production lines, and more. This versatility allows for seamless integration into various manufacturing processes and enhances overall production efficiency.
