The PAPA Date Bar Making Machine is an enhanced version of our existing model, the P160 Automatic Encrusting Machine. It includes a guillotine cutter for bars, allowing you to vary the skin thickness, length, and size of food products. Additionally, the date roll making machine can accommodate different molds to create various shapes of food items. It is capable of producing a wide range of filled pastries such as Kubba, Falafel, mooncake, maamoul, pineapple cake, mochi, ice cream mochi, meatballs, filled cookies, fruit bars, and more (different foods require different devices). The fillings for these products can be jam, chocolate, cream, ice cream, bean paste, minced meat, or paste mixed with small nuts (e.g., sesame, corn, peanut).
Furthermore, our Automatic Encrusting Machine serves as the primary equipment and can be expanded to produce protein balls and energy balls by incorporating the Protein Energy Ball Making Machine. Similarly, by integrating the Maamoul Making Machine, it can produce maamouls.
