Description :
The Small Coconut Bar Maker Machine is our advanced fourth-generation protein bar extruder. Its horizontal design ensures efficient dough transfer, driven by two PE spirals inside a stainless steel flat feeding hopper. These spirals evenly distribute the pre-mixed dough to the rectifier, which then passes through custom-made nozzles to form bars. The bars are subsequently conveyed and cut by a separate vertical protein bar cutting machine. The P307 Small Protein Bar Making Machine is PLC-programmed and operated through a user-friendly screen panel, allowing for easy adjustments and memory settings.
This versatile machine is specifically designed to produce bars in various shapes, including bar shape, round shape, disc shape, bites shape, pyramid shape, and more. It can create a wide range of products like protein bars, date bars, fruit bars, energy bars, power bars, nutrition bars, coconut bars, and cookies.
