It starts with manual feeding of baked biscuit sticks, manually put the biscuit sticks into the biscuit hopper, the biscuit sticks drops automatically into mold, the pushing device levelly push the biscuit sticks into the holes of fixture, then the fixture fixed the biscuit sticks closely; Driven by the chain, the biscuit sticks moves downwards; then the fixture moves forwards, the chocolate cream tanks moves up and down to enrobing chocolate on the biscuit sticks, with slight vibration to remove the extra chocolate cream; after chocolate enrobing, the fixture moves forwards into the cooling tunnel; after cooling, the biscuit sticks are ready for packing.
