Description :
Papa P308 model protein bar extruding machine is mainly designed for hard , dry and big particel materials bars, the motor that we use is 380V,three phase motor,which can produce very strong torque.All the metal parts,including the exrusion screw adopt to the full 304 stainless steel,which can handle the very hard and dry ingredients. Actually the strong P308 Protein bar extruder machine that we produce has fixed the problem that the hard mixture or dough can't be extruding out,customers can use this machine to make almost all the various bars and cookies like protein bar, date bar, energy bar, fruit bar, chocolate bar, vegan bar, nutrition bar, praline bar, crackers, fish crackers, halava, allergie free bar and other food bars no matter the mixture or dough is hard or soft.
The automatic P308 extruding machine can change different skin thickness, length, size of bars. It can also change different molds for making different size bar products.
The P308 Protein bar machine can be used alone or combined with other food machines: It can combine cooling tunnel for products which need cooling; It can combine chocolate enrober for chocolate coated products; It can combine packing machine for auto bag wrapping: It can combine oven for baking; It can be used in other food production line, etc.
