PAPA food machine offers customizable extruders designed for the manufacture of health food bars, confections, dough or any product extrudable in ropes. Extruder configurations include double rolling screws to guarantee the dough extruded successfully to the rectifier, and a extra roller on top of hopper rolling down the mixture to guarantee no mixture come out. the horizontal design guarantees the perfect bar shape, the rectifer gurantees the uniform same size and weight of bar.
Papa machine has an in-house lab for testing the extrudability of products. Customers can even utilize our facility remotely. Simply send us your ingredients for testing and we'll provide video footage of the results.
Papa P308 protein bar extruding machine is mainly designed for hard , dry and big particel materials bars, the motor that we use is 380V,three phase motor,which can produce very strong dough. it is powerful machine and expert in any kind of bar extruding . The common extruding machine can not extruding out ,or customer's bar mixture is very hard like stone ,or dough extuding surface is not smooth , the P308 can fix these problems .
It can produce almost all the various bars and cookies like protein bar, date bar, energy bar, fruit bar, chocolate bar, vegan bar, nutrition bar, praline bar, crackers, fish crackers, halava, allergie free bar and other food bars no matter the mixture or dough is hard or soft.
P308 extruder is the bar forming machine, different bar size will match different extrusion nozzles . The protein bar making machine can adjust the bar length by screen panel.

It has a low capacity of maximum 80 pieces bar per minute, it can produce 150-170kg /h , if customer need big capacity,we have P400 Multirow high productivity 6 rows protein bar extruder for customer to choose. This P400 protein bar extruder is high productivity and can match with P600 big chocolate coating machine and smart big packing machine .

The cooling tunnel has strong 3P power refrigerating unit to reach minimum minus 20 ℃ temperature. Except for cooling chocolate, customer can connect the cooling tunnel right after the protein bar machine for making sticky bars without chocolate coating.
180 ° Turning conveyor is used to connect the cooling tunnel and flow wrapping line for saving space. Customer can take it out as long as he has enough space for the protien bar production line. Besides, we can customize the turning conveyor to different radian ( such as 90 °)to meet customer's factory layout.

Chocolate coating machine
PA250 Flow wrapping machine has automatic sensor to sort and count the bars in order before entering the flow wrapping machine, and the film downside wrapping type can perfectly protect the bars from broken or deformed, especially for protecting fragile and sticky bars.
