The Full Automatic Flow Wrap Food Sorting and Packing Line comprises connection conveyors, sorting conveyors, and a flow wrapping machine. The flow wrapping machine is the primary equipment for packaging various foods like cookies, biscuits, cakes, breads, crispy pastries, snack bars, mooncakes, maamouls, and more.
Customization of belt width and height on the connection conveyors is essential to align with the food production line. Once connected, the food moves through sorting conveyors and then onto the flow wrapping machine, all seamlessly automated without manual intervention.
Papa Industrial optimally utilizes this sorting and packing line to package different products: protein bars using a multiple lanes production line, cereal bars and granola bars with a slab bar forming line, chocolates with a chocolate enrobing line, and more.
