P160 Automatic encrusting and forming machine line consists of P160 Automatic encrusting machine, P110-1 small ball rounder /rolling machine and P110-2 Coconut flakes coating machine.

The P160 Automatic encrusting machine is the major extruder machine for making both center filled balls and non-filled balls. There are two hoppers: left hopper for the dough casing and extrusion, the other right hopper for center filling materials. The ball sizes can be changed by the extrusion nozzles mold.

The P110-1 Automatic small ball rounder is special made for rolling the dough into ball shape. The energy ball size can be changed by changing ball wheels . The ball diameter range is 10mm-50mm. The energy ball roller machine consists of stainless 304 structure and teflon coated aluminum rolling wheel. The rolling wheel need to be customized according to customer's ball diameter. It is easy to replace and operate.

The P110-2 Automatic coconut flakes coating machine is also called powder coating machine . inside is inserted a rotating drum with adjustable speed. The coconut flakes coating machine can coat coconut flakes, coco powder, grounded nuts, smashed nuts, seeds, crushed peanuts, sugar needles and so on.

The multifunctional Automatic encrusting and forming machine is flexible with each section can be separately used. Customer can take either one of them according to their needs.

If customer need to make center filled energy ball, he need to load the right hopper with center filling materials, which can be chocolate, jam, fruit paste, cream, peanut butter, etc. If customer need to make normal balls without stuffing, he just keep the right hopper empty or load it with the casing dough.

P160 Automatic Encrusting Machine can change different skin thickness, length, size of food by the machine.
