The P170 Automatic double filling encrusting machine uses stainless steel 304 as the machine structure, and Taiwan brand as the electronics. It uses PE as the spiral and mould materials and PU as the conveyor belt. It is a fully automatic machine with PLC program and colorful screen panel. it can memory many kinds of datas recipe . so do not need setting machine everytime , it is save large time for production factory .

P170 Three hoppers encrusting machine is a updated modle of P160 Automatic encrusting machine . each hopper is driven by double spirals . the third flat feeding hpper is installed on the top of machine for making double filling /two fillings food ,or double/two colors filled food . It can make more kinds of foods in real productions .

P170 model has two types of machine: P170 Spiral type automatic double filling encrusting machine and P170 gear pump type automatic double filling encrusting machine. The spiral type uses three flat feeding hoppers for making most kinds stuffed and non-stuffed food, one filling and double filling food. The gear pump type is special designed for liquid filling like chocolate or jam.

Automatic ultrasonic cutter (PLC CONTROL)

This high-capacity ultrasonic cutter is designed for food slicing with a cutting speed of 120 knives per minute, accuracy of 1 mm. The size of the cut product can be adjusted according to actual production conditions, and the cutting which can be entered into the computer system beforehand. It also can be called through the touch screen control interface. The ultrasonic slicer can be connected to the single-row extruder before, and can cut the product continuously, and the cutting efficiency is high. After that, it can be connected to the packaging machine, and the assembly line can be automated.
