The Vertical Energy Dates Wrapping Machine is designed primarily for packaging ball-shaped food and other food products. This compact machine utilizes a chain conveyor to feed products in bulk and automatically transfer them to the vertical wrapping unit for packaging in vertical bags.
Differing from horizontal protein ball flow packing machines, this wrapper can package a mix of balls together in one bag, albeit at a slower speed. The energy ball packing machine achieves a speed of up to 60 bags per minute.
This packaging machine features automatic adjustment of bag size to accommodate variations in ball size and weight according to customer requirements. It is versatile, suitable for packaging various products like protein balls, energy balls, energy bites, dough balls, date balls, cookies, and more.
