The P170 Automatic encrusting machine is the major machine for making stuffed mooncake maamoul dough, maamoul cookie,date cookies ,the stuffing materials can be fruit paste, jam, chocolate, sweet bean paste, meat, nuts mixture, etc.
The P170 is a dough divider, it has three hoppers can make two kinds of fillings of cookies biscuits and maamoul. it is also can produce one kind of filling , nun-stuffed foods as well.
The Automatic mooncake stamping machine is the patterns and shapes forming machine. The cutted dough will transfer to the automatic stamper automatically, and the automatic maamoul stamper will sensor the dough and forming it into beautiful shape .
The Automatic tray arranging machine is the last machine to collect the maamoul and mooncake into baking trays in desired order. If you wanna to save labor cost more , some food factory also use liquid egg brushing machine and sesame sprinkler machine .Finally the mooncakes and maamoul will be taken for oven baking and packaging.
